Every athlete deserves a chance to play.
Peel Panthers was built to create opportunity. Assistance doesn’t guarantee full coverage, but we’ll help you find the options and apply in the right order.

Fee Assistance: What Families Need to Know
Do I need to register before applying?
Yes. Families need to register in PlayMetrics first, then complete the financial aid steps in the system. This helps the Club confirm the athlete, program, fees, payment status, and any support being requested.
Is fee assistance guaranteed?
No. Fee assistance is not guaranteed. External grants depend on each organization’s rules, deadlines, available funding, and approval process. Peel Panthers Community Fund support is limited and depends on available Club resources.
Do I need to apply to KidSport and Their Opportunity before first?
Yes. Families seeking Club-based fee assistance must apply to all eligible external funding sources first. Peel Panthers will review Club support requests after those applications have been completed and proof has been provided.
What if my external grant is denied?
If an external grant is denied, families should provide proof of the denial to the Club. Peel Panthers will review the situation and determine whether any Club-based support or payment arrangement are available. Families remain responsible for any balance not covered by grants or Club support.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes. Payment plans are available where approved. Families must communicate early, follow the agreed payment schedule, and keep the account in good standing. A payment plan is a commitment to pay, not a fee waiver.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. Fee assistance requests are handled with discretion. Information is used only to review eligibility, confirm financial need, process applications, and manage the athlete’s account.
Who should I contact with questions?
Families should contact Peel Panthers through the registration or fee assistance process as early as possible. The earlier we know there is a concern, the easier it is to review options.
Help Remove The Barrier.
Every Community Fund dollar puts an athlete on the field. Tax receipts available for donations greater than $250.
