Women's U19
Born 2011 or earlier
Competitive women’s tackle football for athletes ready to play the full game. Players learn their position in depth, build strength and confidence through contact, and compete in a real season with travel, game days and a team that has their back. It’s a genuine pathway: players move on to university, provincial and national women’s football.
A great fit for experienced players and complete beginners alike. Many U19+ players come from rugby, basketball, soccer or flag, and some have never played a team sport. Coaches teach every skill from the start, and there’s a position for every body type.
