The 2025 season is almost here, and it’s time for our Equipment Handout for all registered players! Please review the schedule and requirements carefully to ensure a smooth pickup process.
Equipment Handout Dates & Details
📅 U10, U12, U14 & Women’s Tackle Football: March 23 & March 30, Noon until 6:00PM
📅 Junior Varsity (JV) & Varsity: March 22 & March 29, Noon until 6:00PM
⏳ Important: No equipment will be handed out at the field.
What You Need to Pick Up Your Equipment
To receive your equipment, you must meet the following requirements:
✅ Dues Paid: Registration fees must be paid in full or be on a current payment plan.
✅ No Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid dues or penalties from the previous year must be settled.
✅ All Equipment Returned: Any equipment from previous seasons must be returned before new equipment is issued.
✅ Equipment Deposit: A valid credit card or post-dated cheque for $750 is required as a deposit. This will only be cashed if equipment is not returned.
✅ Parent/Guardian Presence: For players under 18, a parent or guardian must be present to sign releases and waivers. No exceptions will be made.
Using Your Own Equipment?
If you plan to use your own helmet and shoulder pads, they must be inspected and approved by the Club’s Equipment Manager. Please bring your gear to the Equipment Handout for sign-off.
Final Reminders
✔ No exceptions will be made for missing any of the above requirements.
✔ No equipment will be distributed at the field – players must attend Equipment Handout on the assigned dates.
