The program will focus on proper lifiting techniques, speed and agility, power and absolute strength, mobility, range of motion, endurance and acceleration.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Phase 1: (8 sessions)
• It is the base building phase, where we will be introducing the athletes to all the fundamental movement patterns (Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, and Core). The emphasis in this phase is building up a solid foundation of movement, and improving their strength and muscle mass

Phase 2: (8 sessions)
• Is the force generating phase, this is where we will be starting to increase the intensity of our fundamental movement patterns by placing more load onto them, which will help the athletes to start to apply and generate more power.

Phase 3: (8 Sessions)
• Is the force production phase, in this phase we will be introducing more sprinting, agility and quickness into our workouts. As well we be starting to implement more conditioning to improve the athletes overall conditioning and get them ready for the demands of the game of football
