Coach Development

PRF Covers all coaching costs via reimbursement for all of our coaches. We require registration with our club by season, screenings and completion of mandatory training (Steps 1 – 6) prior to taking to the field. Please complete all steps.

With the exception of first time NCCP registration and course selection, all coaching registration activities can be completed through our registration system.

1) NCCP Number

Please retrieve your NCCP number (not your Coaches Number) as you will need the number to register via the Club’s portal.

2) Rowan’s Law Sign Off and other Waivers and Policies (Required Annually)

Using the registration system Coaches will will acknowledge having read and agreed to the policies and waivers set forth by the Ontario Football Alliance and Football Canada. We recommend that all coaches read the and download the policies and waivers.

3) Vulnerable Sector Police Check Letter (Required Annually)

All coaches are required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Police Check Letter. Coaches are responsible for any costs associated with obtaining the letter. A copy of the letter needs to be uploaded to the registration system.

4) E-learning Series (Required One Time Only)

Please note that any costs associated with coaching development are reimbursed by the Peel Region Football

7) Required by Season – Coach Insurance and Fees

The cost of the insurance and fees is reimbursed by PRF.

NCCP Coaching Clinics 

NCCP positional clinics are also available online, and can be accessed via the link below. PRF is happy to reimburse coaches for the cost of these clinics.
