2022 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of PEEL REGION FOOTBALL (the “Corporation”) is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing on the 23rd day of February, 2022, at 7:30 pm (ET) for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended December 31, 2021;
  2. To elect Directors of the Corporation;
  3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year;
  4. To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments;
  5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
